We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and order details when you create an account or place an order. We also collect information automatically when you use our platform, including log data, device information, and usage patterns via analytics.

When you place an order, we collect product image files or links you provide to us for editing purposes only. These files are used solely to fulfill your order and are not shared with third parties.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our image editing services
• Process payments and send order confirmations
• Send you order updates and delivery notifications via email
• Respond to customer support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

Your uploaded product images are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 (object storage). Files are retained for 90 days after order completion, then permanently deleted. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Access to your files is restricted to authorized production team members working on your order only.

We use Razorpay to process payments. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. All payment transactions are handled directly by Razorpay and subject to their privacy policy. We only retain transaction references and amounts for billing records.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Service providers (Supabase, Razorpay, Resend, Cloudflare) strictly to operate our platform
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your order history
