By accessing or using Catalog Visuals ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

Catalog Visuals provides professional product image editing services for ecommerce sellers, including but not limited to white background removal, shadow creation, lifestyle composites, A+ content images, 360° product spins, and video editing.

We operate on a per-SKU pricing model. Services are delivered digitally via secure download links.

Orders become binding upon submission. Prices are as listed at the time of order and denominated in USD. Payment is due before production begins. We use Razorpay for secure payment processing.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and share the product images you submit for editing.

You retain full ownership of all product images you upload. By submitting images, you grantCatalog Visuals a limited, non-exclusive license to use them solely for fulfilling your order. The edited outputs are your property upon delivery. We may display anonymized before/after samples with your permission only.

We stand behind our work. If delivered files do not meet the agreed specifications, we will revise them at no additional charge. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds for completed and delivered work unless there is a verifiable error on our part.

You may not use our platform to:

• Submit images that violate any third-party intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal, obscene, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform
• Use automated systems to submit orders without prior written consent

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalog Visuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
